A prestigious law firm in the DC area is currently seeking a motivated Junior Litigation Associate to join their dynamic real estate litigation department. Our client is recognized for representing prominent universities, hospitals and health care providers, financial institutions, religious organizations, real estate development companies, and tax-credit syndicators.
This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated cases representing multi-family housing and mixed used property owners in a collegial work environment.
Qualifications:
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington DC.
• 1-2 years of litigation experience; Open to public or non-profit litigation experience
• Ability to manage a robust case load and work as a team
• Courtroom experience preferred
• Hybrid schedule with 4 days in office
