Are you a detail-obsessed litigator with a passion for helping families through life's toughest transitions? A respected boutique law firm in the South Sound is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join their powerhouse team of advocates. If you're looking for meaningful work, a tight-knit culture, and a place where your career can thrive-you've found it.
What You'll Do:
Take ownership of cases from intake to resolution, including trial
Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Communicate regularly with clients and guide them with empathy
Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with a skilled team of paralegals and support staff
Maintain case momentum and meet billable goals (1,550 hrs/year)
Participate in firm trainings, team meetings, and community engagement
What We're Looking For:
Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
Minimum 2 years of family law or civil litigation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for advocacy
Tech-savvy and confident using case management software
Comfortable collaborating, mentoring, and delegating within a team
