Litigation Associate (Intellectual Property)
Our client, a prestigious, boutique law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for their growing practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Active CA bar, in good standing
-Excellent academic credentials
-1-5 years of experience in complex litigation, particularly in the area of IP
-Experience in discovery & motion
-Excellent legal research & writing skills
-Technical aptitude
Position is hybrid
Salary range: mid $100K - low 200K + bonus structure, DOE
Billable hours: 1,500
