About the Role
As a Litigation Associate, you will handle a variety of litigation matters, with a focus on insurance defense litigation. You will be responsible for legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting depositions, and preparing for trial. The firm values strong legal writing and advocacy skills and seeks a team player who is detail-oriented and proactive in case management.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred).
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
- Skills: Strong academic record, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and ability to manage cases effectively.
