LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a regional law firm in its search for a junior-to-midlevel Litigation Associate to join its Baltimore, MD office.
The Associate can expect to assist the firm in defending complex medical malpractice matters and related proceedings in state and federal courts. The firm commonly defends health care providers, physicians, and other health care professionals against medical malpractice claims, disciplinary and other regulatory actions, and Medicaid enforcement procedures throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
If you have 2+ years of relevant defense litigation experience and possess and Maryland law license, this is your chance to step into a role with immediate responsibility on sophisticated and challenging matters with a well-regarded firm.
Qualifications:
️ 2+ years of defense litigation experience.
️ MD license; DC or VA a plus.
