Opportunity:
One of my top clients is looking for an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to contribute to our team. This position offers the opportunity to participate in all phases of civil litigation, from the pleading stage through trial, and to work on challenging and impactful cases.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of civil litigation, from the pleading stage through trial.
- Engage in discovery, including drafting written discovery and reviewing documents.
- Conduct thorough factual and legal research.
- Draft and argue written and oral motions.
- Assist with pretrial and trial preparations and proceedings.
- Contribute to appellate practice.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited ABA law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).
- Successful academic record.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Positive, collaborative attitude.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Ability to bill 1800 hours annually.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: Annualized base salary range of $150,000 to $190,000, adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
