Salary: $145,000 - $200,000 per year

Juris Doctor + in good standing with the CA Bar plus:
- Minimum of 2+ years of labor law and employment litigation experience
- Experience taking depositions, handled hearings, and been lead counsel on a case.
- Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes is preferred but not required
- 1800/billables per year
