Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney

Position Overview:
As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a diverse array of cases while working closely with other experienced attorneys. You will have the opportunity to run your own caseload, from initial case evaluation through trial and resolution. The firm prioritizes professional development, and you will benefit from structured training, mentorship, and the chance to learn from seasoned litigators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of litigation cases from inception to resolution, including case research, analysis, and preparation of legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and memoranda.
- Assist in trial preparation and participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
- Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and actively communicate with clients to provide updates and legal advice.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation sessions as appropriate.
- Contribute to the firm's dedication to client service and uphold ethical standards in all legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the PA Bar.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in specific areas of law, e.g., civil litigation, commercial litigation .
- Strong analytical and research skills, with an overwhelming attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the legal profession.
