Job Description

  • Handle a broad range of litigation matters, including municipal law, redevelopment, tax exemption, and labor and employment disputes.
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, and manage discovery processes.
  • Represent clients in depositions, court conferences, and hearings.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases, providing strategic legal support.
  • Engage in direct client interactions, including attendance at day and evening meetings.

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
  • Minimum of 3 years of attorney experience. (More experience welcomed.)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in NJ litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
  • Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team.
