Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation caseloads from intake through trial or resolution.
- Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations.
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Work closely with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
- At least 3 years of litigation experience required.
- Proven experience in landlord-tenant law, real estate disputes, and/or construction litigation.
- Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
