Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation caseloads from intake through trial or resolution.
  • Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and legal memoranda.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
  • Work closely with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
  • At least 3 years of litigation experience required.
  • Proven experience in landlord-tenant law, real estate disputes, and/or construction litigation.
  • Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
