An established civil litigation firm with a strong national reputation is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Scottsdale, Arizona office. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain hands-on litigation experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. Hybrid work flexibility is available.
What You'll Do: As part of the litigation team, you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibility, including:
Handling all phases of litigation-investigation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery responses.
Conducting legal research and analyzing complex issues related to general liability and insurance defense.
Engaging directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
Collaborating with senior attorneys on strategy development and case assessments.
Qualifications:
2 years of litigation experience is required; experience in general liability or insurance defense preferred.
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, client-centered approach.
