An outstanding law firm is looking for a
Litigation Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support attorneys in a collaborative and innovative environment. You will play a key part in various essential tasks, such as e-filing in both state and federal courts, managing new case setups, and organizing documents within iManage. Additionally, you will handle a high volume of emails, assist attorneys in adhering to their schedules, and oversee court call arrangements.
Key responsibilities include:
- 3 - 5+ years of experience as a litigation secretary in California.
- Preferred familiarity with insurance defense practices.
- Expertise in e-filing with both state and federal courts.
- Proficient in tracking and calendaring important deadlines.
- Drafting basic legal documents and correspondence with precision.
- Efficiently scheduling and managing calendars.
- Supporting 3-4 attorneys simultaneously.
