Litigation Administrative Assistant
Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA

A highly regarded law firm in Century City is seeking a seasoned Legal Administrative Assistant to join its team. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of legal administrative experience, with a strong background in litigation support, electronic filing, and case management in state, federal, and appellate courts.
Responsibilities:
- E-file legal documents with California state, federal, and appellate courts
- Docket court dates and legal deadlines using case management systems
- Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and exhibits
- Organize and manage case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accessibility and accuracy
- Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Communicate professionally with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case logistics as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of legal administrative experience, preferably in litigation
- Proficiency in court filing procedures across state, federal, and appellate jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and legal document formatting
- Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal docketing software
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently and as part of a team
