As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer . Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS") works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operates across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers. Our advanced, end-to-end solutions which combine physical, notional and virtual techniques enable our clients to achieve visibility, control and optimization of working capital.Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer needs, develop solutions for them and integrate these into the product roadmap for deliveryOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityCollaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product commercialization, implementation, and servicingProvides expert guidance and support to the Implementations, Sales, and Client Service teamsMaintains advanced knowledge of SWIFT MT and MX payment and statement formatsEnsures compliance with banking regulations, with a particular focus on FDIC regulations, including FDIC Part 370Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in project/program managementAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementThorough understanding of the processes by which corporations conduct their banking and payment transactionsProven ability to document and verbally communicate concepts and ideas and product details in appropriate formats for compliance, controls, legal and technology partnersExtensive experience in banking and payments, with a strong understanding of SWIFT MT and MX formatsIn-depth knowledge of FDIC banking regulations, including FDIC Part 370Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationUnderstanding and experience with file transmission technologyUnderstanding of FDIC Part 370 specificallyAbility to independently lead cross-functional groupsAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
