Systems Engineer (Linux RHEL)
Work Terms: W2 Contract to Hire
Working Model: HYBRID (Required)

On-site: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at the Home Office (Akron area)
Remote: Monday, Friday
Pay Range: $57.69 - $64.90 per hour
Role Specifics:
We are seeking a Linux Administrator/Engineer for a contract-to-hire position. The consultant will provide administrative support and engineering within the Linux and WebSphere environment, including Linux RHEL8 and RHEL9 servers and OpenShift Kubernetes clusters. Responsibilities include:

Linux RHEL Administration: Deployment, upgrades, certificate renewals, software installs, patching, and incident management.
Java Application Server Administration: Support for WebSphere and Tomcat environments within IT Operations and various asset teams.
Additional Support: Managing other assets owned by the Linux team, including Linux OS, Puppet, GrayLog, F5, OpenShift Kubernetes, and more.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr.
