Primary Job Duties:
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Ensure product quality meets company standards
- Troubleshoot and solve production issues as needed
- Assist with maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with the Line Operator
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Perform packing, bottle/can loading, and case/carton forming
- Learn and memorize stacking patterns for various customers
- Palletizing and other tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable using step ladders and platforms
- Experience with manual and motorized pallet jacks is a plus
- Ability to read and follow work orders
Pay: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
Hours: 2nd and 3rd shift
