In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and execution of all items on the menu. - Ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
2. Food Preparation: - Cleaning and cutting ingredients.
- Cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
- Following recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef.
3. Plating and Presentation: - Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance.
- Collaborating with servers to fulfill orders promptly and accurately.
- Hygiene and Cleanliness:
- Washing and cleaning kitchen areas and utensils.
- Properly storing equipment at the end of shifts.
- Ensuring kitchen operation procedures meet food safety standards.
4. Quality Control: - Ensuring food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and timely.
- Complying with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.
5. Professionalism: - Maintaining a positive and respectful approach with coworkers and customers.
