Job Requirements: - Must be at least 16 years of age
- Willing to work long hours and be able to stand, walk and bend for an extended amount of time
- Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Carry out instructions given by the Executive Chef or Stand Manager
- Understand nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and at a thorough pace
Knowledge of basic food handling procedures and experience with grilling and frying equipment is preferred. Job Responsibilities: All Cooks may be considered for cross-training in multiple locations of the ballpark at management's discretion. General responsibilities for all positions include but are not limited to: - Assist in Game Day preparation of Kitchen per the Executive Chef or Stand Manager's instructions
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies and inventory appropriately
- Operate and maintain all equipment properly while preparing guests food as ordered
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
- Communicates ticket times and potential problems with the service staff, kitchen staff, and Managers
- Break down and clean stations daily
- Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
- Help with shut down and cleaning procedures of the cooking areas within the Kitchen or Concession Stands at the end of food service

- Black pants (associates responsibility)
- Comfortable shoes; non-skid shoes highly recommended (associates responsibility)

Pay Compensation: Salary based on previous experience
