Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring portions
  • Cook food according to recipes or personal judgment
  • Ensure all food is cooked timely and properly
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
