THE ROLE We're seeking a talented and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this position, you'll be the creative force behind our delicious menu offerings, preparing high-quality dishes that delight our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Bring recipes to life by preparing and plating delicious menu items with creativity and consistency
- Set up your workstation with all necessary tools and ingredients to ensure smooth service
- Collaborate with our culinary team to maintain quality standards and suggest improvements
- Assist with banquet preparation and creative menu development
- Keep your workspace immaculate while following all health and safety protocols
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years of restaurant cooking experience with a passion for culinary excellence
- Food Handler Certification (required)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality - ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed
- Eye for detail and commitment to consistency
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
BONUS POINTS - High school diploma or culinary training certificate
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Sanitation certificate
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires physical stamina including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and navigating a busy kitchen environment.

This position requires weekend and evening shift availability- 2+ years experience as a Line Cook- working with Mexican fare is a plus.
