Summary of Position:

The Line Cook will assist the Coastal Café with all aspects of daily operations including preparing customer orders, preparing items for café use, while also following recipes to create and produce salads, sauces, spreads and more for both café and store use.

Café & Production Team Members are responsible for all daily café setup and breakdown activities including food prep, stocking inventory, and all cleaning activities as assigned and directed by the Café & Retail Team Leads, Assistant Retail Managers, and the General Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute top-tier operating standards
  • Maintain high levels of accurate inventory management, organization, and safe handling protocols
  • Handling all customer needs and questions as they arise
  • Preparing customer orders and production recipes to store standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment to ensure a quality customer service experience
  • Learning about and communicating information regarding all Coastal Seafoods products and services
  • Deliver top-quality customer service and embody the spirit of the Coastal Seafoods community, mission, and vison
Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year kitchen/cooking
