Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is interviewing for full time or part time Line Cooks. Hot line cooking experience in a full service restaurant is helpful but not required. Weekends are required.

Prior experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Pantry, Grill, Pasta, Pastry, Pizza, Sauté is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include:
Cooking and preparing menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by Il Fornaio
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Preparing and portioning recipes prior to service
Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude
Communicating clearly, professionally and respectfully
Being able occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Having a flexible work schedule including weekend availability and holidays
