San Antonio Winery is looking to hire part-time positions for our Italian Bistro and Tasting Room in Paso Robles. We are considering applicants with Sous Chef, Line Cook and Prep, and Kitchen management experience.We are open 7 days a week during the day.
Successful candidates will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction in our Bistro and Event Center. Experience in pasta, Grill, Pizzas, Salads, Sandwiches, and Sauces are a plus.
Responsibilities for Various Positions: - Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up the station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Proven prep/cooking experience is preferred, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, sous chef, prep cook.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry's best practices
- Bilingual in English is preferred but will consider Spanish Speaking only candidates.
