Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for a Line Cook located in Lebanon, PA. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our recipes and standards. Daily tasks include setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies, cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. The role requires maintaining a high standard of food quality and presentation to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills including cooking, food preparation, and plating
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in a professional kitchen setting is preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
