Responsibilities: - Measure food for our various menu recipes
- Memorize menu items, ingredients, prep and presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain a working knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Stock and restock line items needed on and off peak hours
- Start utilizing your experience and bring new food items to management
Requirements: - Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- May need to climb ladder up to 4 feet
- Obtain ServeSafe certification
- Must wear non-slip footwear
- Maintain your uniform
- Be able to work well with others
- Think quickly on your feet
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to work on the Weekend
