- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards. - Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. - Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow. - Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting. - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. - Excellent time management and multitasking skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus.
