HOURS: a. Part Time - 20-40 hours averagework week, may vary in busy and slow seasons;

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the preparation of individualbreakfast, lunch, and dinner menu orders
under the direction of theKitchen Supervisor and Kitchen Manager. Responsible for the sanitation of food areas and the freshness of allfood products.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age. HighSchool Diploma or equivalent. Minimumone year experience in related kitchen positions and cookingtechniques. Ability to stand for longperiods of time. Ability to withstandthe kitchen heat.
