Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will play a critical role in preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, upscale environment. This individual will be responsible for following recipes, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring all dishes are presented according to The Elms Hotel & Spa's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
