Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to our restaurant's standards while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
  • Adapt to changing menus, food requests, and special dietary needs.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff when needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role in a busy restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy kitchen equipment.
  • Culinary school diploma or relevant experience preferred.
