General Purpose
The Line cook k responsible for food preparation, and assisting in the storing and inventory of food and related products. Prepare entrees, garnishes, appetizers, dressings, etc. The Line Cook will also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes.
