Point 9 Trailside Eatery opens this June right off the Redbud Trail-and we're looking for experienced line cooks to help us create exceptional food for every guest. Whether you're assembling sandwiches, sautéing sides, or plating perfectly, your role as a
Line Cook is essential to the quality and consistency of every dish. We're building a scratch kitchen and a collaborative team culture where food matters, teamwork counts, and attention to detail is everything.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Ensure food is cooked, plated, and delivered correctly and on time
- Stock and maintain your station with fresh ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
What We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and directions with accuracy
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
