Job Description

About the role:

As the LIMA/ MODA Lab Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for executing administration and maintenance activities in laboratory systems, including LabWare LIMS and MODA, in support of the Massachusetts Biologics Operations (MBO) site. Key responsibilities include maintaining master data and workflows, assisting with system interfaces to instruments and other platforms, and providing end-user support at the MBO site. The position also involves coordinating with global system owners regarding system changes and communications, as well as managing change requests and incidents through the IT ticketing and change management system (e.g., ServiceNow). You will report into the Associate Director of Digital and Lab Systems Quality Assurance.

How you will contribute:
  • Maintain and update the workflows in the lab systems
  • Assist with system and instrument integrations, making configuration changes and coordinating with Global DD&T function as needed
  • Perform master data updates to support routine business changes and improvements
  • Support and resolve master data issues and perform routine administrative activities
  • Create and maintain method verification scripts and system documentation to support new functionality developments and routine updates
  • Provide first tier application support for routine issues, including end user questions and assistance resolving usage issues
  • Support validation activities for ongoing projects as needed
  • Perform configuration to interface instruments with the lab systems
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Extensive configuration / development experience with Labware LIMS or MODA

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$111,800.00 - $175,670.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
