Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit and train leaders to foster a cooperative workplace.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide growth feedback.
- Manage disciplinary actions and terminations per company policy.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee all aspects of the Middleton facility, including assembly and warehousing.
- Define performance metrics to measure success and identify improvements.
- Continuously enhance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between the facility and executive leadership for alignment on initiatives.
- Maintain communication with staff through regular meetings to boost engagement.
- Translate new policies into actionable plans for the team.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Budget and Financial Management:
- Manage budgets and forecasts for all departments to meet financial goals.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in operational roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing regulations and operational standards.
