Description

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Recruit and train leaders to foster a cooperative workplace.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide growth feedback.
    • Manage disciplinary actions and terminations per company policy.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee all aspects of the Middleton facility, including assembly and warehousing.
    • Define performance metrics to measure success and identify improvements.
    • Continuously enhance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Serve as a liaison between the facility and executive leadership for alignment on initiatives.
    • Maintain communication with staff through regular meetings to boost engagement.
    • Translate new policies into actionable plans for the team.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Budget and Financial Management:
    • Manage budgets and forecasts for all departments to meet financial goals.

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in operational roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing regulations and operational standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
