Key Responsibilities: - Enroll Eligible Customers - Assist individuals in completing Lifeline enrollments accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Outreach - Engage with potential customers in high-traffic areas, community events, and designated locations to explain program benefits.
- Knowledge of Eligibility Requirements - Understand and educate customers on Lifeline qualification criteria, including eligibility through government assistance programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Section 8 Housing, Veterans Pension, and more.
- Document Verification & Compliance - Guide customers through the verification process, ensuring proper documentation is collected and that all enrollments comply with federal and program guidelines.
- Device Activation & Setup - Help customers activate and set up their devices, ensuring they understand how to use them.
- Educate Customers - Clearly explain the features and benefits of the service, including how to maintain eligibility and avoid service interruptions.
- Offer Customers the Best Upgrade Options - Ensure customers receive the highest quality devices available, upgrading them to better, faster, and more reliable phones whenever possible. Highlight the advantages of premium devices such as better cameras, faster speeds, larger screens, and longer battery life-giving them the best mobile experience at little to no cost.
- Maintain Daily Goals - Meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment goals and ensure high quality enrollments.
- First-In, First-Out (FIFO) Management - Ensure efficient use of devices by prioritizing older stock first.
- Troubleshoot Basic Issues - Assist customers with minor technical issues, such as SIM card swaps, network troubleshooting, and basic phone operations.
- Reporting & Communication - Keep track of enrollments and communicate with team leads about daily progress and any challenges.
- Professional Representation - Represent the brand positively in all interactions with customers, ensuring excellent service and a high standard of professionalism.
What We're Looking For: Experience - Previous experience in Lifeline enrollments or similar is strongly preferred.
Strong Inventory Skills - Ability to manage and distribute devices efficiently while ensuring accountability.
Sales & Marketing Mindset - Adaptability to different marketing strategies and outreach methods.
