SUMMARY : ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for assuring safety of all guests while using the pool and surrounding area Responsible for enforcing pool regulations and safety guidelines Participate in Pool rescues if needed Maintains accurate pool water testing records Maintains attentive and positive demeanor assists guests as needed Provides Family Styles Service at all times May performs other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity preferred. Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures Required to perform the customer service standards of the department EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess Red Cross senior Lifesaving certificate at all times LANGUAGE SKILLS Must have good communication skills.
