Roles & Responsibilities


Program Manager



• 6+ years relevant experience in customer Loyalty marketing, CRM or equivalent
• Experience with Consumer Marketing Programs like Microsoft Rewards or any other loyalty Management project in Microsoft is a plus
• Prior experience with Microsoft as a Marketing Loyalty Engagement Manager is a must.
• Cross-channel business acumen. Technical/Functional Skills:
• Over 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong ability to manage multiple campaigns and lead cross-functional collaboration across performance, content, and technical teams.
• Deep expertise in Lifecycle Marketing and Relationship Marketing (RM) engagement strategies.
• Demonstrated success managing projects in agile environments, driving outcomes through iterative planning and delivery.
• Proficient in digital marketing operations across email, web, and in-product channels.
• Hands-on experience with content creation, HTML coding, and quality assurance, including advanced HTML capabilities.
• Highly adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting business priorities.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project for data analysis, tracking, and project planning.
• Experienced in balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders in evolving marketing and business contexts.
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Expert in omni channel marketing best practices and execution within comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end campaign management processes and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Technically proficient in marketing technologies, data platforms, and business operations.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Rewards or other Microsoft loyalty ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Passionate about enhancing customer experience and delivering measurable marketing results.
• Experienced in collaborating with multiple agencies, stakeholders, and globally distributed teams.
• Proficient in intermediate SQL for querying and analyzing data across multiple platforms.
• Familiar with project and task management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), ClickUp, Workfront, Jira, and similar platforms. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Own and lead lifecycle marketing initiatives for Microsoft Rewards, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back strategies.
• Develop and execute personalized, cross-channel marketing campaigns using email, in-product messaging, web, and other channels.
• Oversee best practices for campaign automation, customer lifecycle reporting, and cross-platform process enhancements.
• Handle all technical aspects of marketing automation tools and CRM integrations; troubleshoot communication and technical roadblocks as needed.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of technical requirements, manage evolving data needs, and align with the campaign roadmap.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, editorial, RM, partnerships) to ensure timely execution aligned with the marketing calendar.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to support project delivery and execution.
• Launch and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, manage prioritization of business cases, and track execution timelines.
• Ensure digital marketing compliance with industry standards, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, while staying current on marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Rewards or other Microsoft loyalty initiatives is required.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and deliverability to maintain high inbox placement rates and optimize results.
• Apply campaign optimization techniques such as A/B testing, personalization, and targeted segmentation.
• Collaborate with agency and data partners to maximize resource utilization and drive campaign success.
• Track project milestones, provide status updates to stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor internal testing outcomes and integrate insights to improve campaign efficiency and compliance.
• Identify new growth opportunities, propose strategic improvements, and support the rollout of new program features and marketing initiatives.
