Belvoir, VA. The Opportunity: Performs logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product. Develops and implements logistics program activities including ILS, technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, etc.; coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel; resolves logistics problems; and compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities. Provide product support analysis, document prep & fleet management in support of assigned O-6/O-5 PdM programs to achieve Milestone decisions, reduce life cycle costs and sustain efficient operations. Responsibilities: Serves as a PM E2S2 liaison with multiple external agencies Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) depots, ASC's Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) Item Managers, TACOM, CECOM Serves as a liaison in cross-departmental interactions and provides support for day-to-day operations, reporting forecasting, SOP building, and inter & intra departmental projects and taskings. Tracks shipments from cradle to grave utilizing multiple systems (IGC, DLA Tracker, Vantage) Conduct analysis and review Proposed Sourcing Decision (PSD) using LMI Decision Support Tool (DST) Conduct logistics support research and analysis of Army materiel requirements using appropriate authoritative Army systems (FMSWEB, LMP, WMS, DST, AE2S, Vantage, etc.) Creates and monitors shipment Funds Verification & Use Authorization (FVUA) in Army Vantage tool Capable of being proactive tracking multiple items and actions simultaneously, provide updates, be flexible and capable of adjusting with little notice. Qualifications: Required: Active Secret Security Clearance Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 7 years of related experience (10 years w/o a bachelor's) Has strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
