As a Licensing Operations Coordinator, you'll have the opperunity to work closely with experienced professionals, develop your skills, and grow your career by providing internal and external licensing support.
Your Mission/Job Functions
- Provide basic technical support remotely for EOS customer install base
- be highly responsive to customer needs
- Maintain call hours
- Open service ticket in SAP for customer support
- Place basic orders in SAP
- Close call upon completion for ticket
- Observe and maintain my-EOS e-mails
- Route calls in reference to my-EOS insturctions and guidelines
- Work closely with 2nd level support to ensure local instal base is maintained to company standards
- Collection of customer and machine data, for further evaluation and processing steps by TSE
- Support software sales goals for growth and establishing software value for customers and interal stakeholders.
- Promote process improvements for licensing and software sales to enhance overall department efficiency.
Your Talents/Qualifications
- Two to three years of customer service experience in a technology field
- Demonstrated ability to mine data across mutiple systems
- Service standards: Account ownership and customer satisfaction
- Computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS-Windows, Network knowledge, MS - Office)
- Ability to work independently and cope with high pressure
- Team oriented, flexibility, and adaptability
- Cost - consciousness
- Professional apperance, great communication skills, and professional conduct is a must
- International travel is required on an annual basis
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Ability to rent a car
