POSITION SUMMARY

Three Sixty Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing Coordinator to support the management and execution of brand licensing programs from the licensee side. The successful candidate will serve as the key liaison between internal teams (product development, marketing, legal, etc.) and external licensors to ensure timely submission and approval of products, packaging, marketing materials, and other brand assets in compliance with licensor guidelines.

This role reports to the Vice President of Licensing for the Company.

As owners of FAO Schwarz, Sharper Image, and Vornado (and licensee of marquee brands), ThreeSixty develops and distributes durable consumer goods across multiple categories, including consumer electronics, massage, wellness, home environment, RC vehicles, STEM learning toys, and gifts/gadgets. The Company has locations in New York, Georgia, Kansas, Hong Kong, and throughout China.

The position is adjacent to the Irvine Spectrum in Orange County in a new, purpose-built, research and development campus, home to the Company's product development division (MerchSource). The new campus employs 125 team members and is situated in the heart of the developing Southern California tech community. In addition to growth in traditional brick-and-mortar channels, the Company is rapidly expanding onto omni platforms (owned, brick-and-click, and Amazon).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating and submitting all materials requiring licensor approval, including product designs, packaging, marketing campaigns, advertising assets, and e-commerce listings.
  • Track all submissions and approvals, ensuring that deadlines are met and that projects progress in line with agreed timelines.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with licensor brand guidelines and legal requirements across all submitted assets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all submissions, feedback, and approvals in digital asset management and project tracking systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product development, sales, marketing, etc.) to gather assets and ensure quality and brand consistency before submission.
  • Communicate licensor feedback to internal stakeholders and assist with revisions as needed.
  • Help prepare regular reports and status updates for internal stakeholders and licensors.
  • Support the Licensing Manager with contract-related documentation and compliance tracking, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in licensing, brand management, marketing coordination, or a related field-preferably in a licensee environment.
  • Familiarity with licensing workflows, brand guidelines, and the approval process.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or digital asset management systems is a plus.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience working with major licensors and licensing agencies (e.g., Disney, Warner Bros., Paramount, etc.).
  • Understanding of retail and consumer products, especially in toys. Additional knowledge of licensing in apparel, publishing, or FMCG sectors, a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000. This salary is a good faith range for the role at time of posting. The actual compensation package offered will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: experience, education, background and qualifications.
