Responsibilities The incumbent provides care treatment and service to Home Health and Hospice patients and their families in their place of residence within their scope of practice. Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team. (minimum 2 years) + Recent experience as an LVN in a Home Health or Hospice Agency- preferred. Licensure: + Currently licensed as a LVN in California + Current California drivers license possession of automobile insurance & access to an operating motor vehicle. + Current CPR/BLS card approved through the American Heart Association. Preffered: + Recent experience as an LVN in a Home Health or Hospice Agency- preferred. Pay Range $41.46 - $46.76 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
