We are currently seeking a Licensed Title Agent & Closer with a strong background in title processing, closings, and client service to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in the title insurance industry along with an active Florida Title Agent license and a transferable book of business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Review, organize, and process documentation from lenders, borrowers, and title examiners.
  • Order and manage title commitments, payoffs, estoppels, lien searches, and other clearance items.
  • Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures and HUD Settlement Statements.
  • Draft Deeds and other transaction-related legal documents.
  • Conduct closings, explain documentation, and obtain signatures, notarizing where applicable.
  • Manage escrow accounts including funds disbursement, wire transfers, and final reconciliations.
  • Monitor and resolve outstanding checks and file balances through escrow accounting reports.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and state regulations.
  • Travel to client sites in Seminole County as needed to conduct closings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Florida Licensed Title Agent (active and in good standing).
  • 3+ years of experience in a title agency or law firm setting, with a proven track record in processing and closing.
  • Existing book of business and client relationships that can transition to our firm.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player with a high level of professionalism.

Starting at $80K/yr + Commission.
