Role Description
This is a Full time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, located in Sandy Springs, GA with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating deals, preparing contracts, conducting property showings, and providing excellent customer service. The role also requires staying up-to-date with real estate market trends and local property values.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License
- Experience and expertise in Real Property and Real Estate
- Proficiency in sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the Sandy Springs and greater Atlanta real estate market is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous
