About Us: is a hybrid Management Services Organization (MSO) and marketing company that supports unemployed Californians experiencing major depression. We help clients navigate the State Disability Insurance (SDI) benefits process and connect them with compassionate, licensed mental health professionals for assessment and ongoing care. Role Overview: We are seeking licensed psychologists to partner with us in providing clinical assessments and up to 12 months of short-term care to a pre-screened, highly motivated client base. Most clients are referred specifically for depression-related impairments that interfere with work. What We Provide: A steady stream of pre-screened referrals HIPAA-compliant EHR for scheduling, billing, onboarding and documentation Full administrative support Flexible scheduling Available session hours are determined by you and occur via a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Compensation: Approximately $60 to $70 per 30-minute session, paid promptly per completed service Requirements: Active California psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) Experience with mood disorders preferred Ability to complete thorough, timely documentation
