Full Time 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-12pm on Friday

Role Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be an essential member of a collaborative, RN-led healthcare team. You'll foster meaningful connections with patients and their families, using the best scientific evidence and your own compassion to positively impact each patient's health journey.


What You'll Do

  • Develop authentic and supportive relationships with patients and their loved ones
  • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality care
  • Embrace policies and procedures that reflect our "First Do No Harm" philosophy
  • Engage in teamwork, include diverse perspectives, and contribute to a welcoming community
  • Maintain electronic documentation, communicate effectively via phone, and stay organized

What You Bring

  • Education: High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
  • Licensure: Active and appropriate LPN license in North Carolina
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of practical nursing experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong computer proficiency, polished phone etiquette, and top-notch organizational skills

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
  • Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
  • Additional Skills Required: Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
