The LPN, under supervision, provides patient care within their Scope of Practice, including:
Performing basic nursing care and specialty-specific tasks. Collecting patient data and administering medications. Preparing records and documenting treatment progress. Conveying health information to patients and families. Participating in patient care teams and improving processes. Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid LPN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. Preferred experience includes one year in a clinical or specialty setting. Physical requirements involve patient interaction, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and transport patients.
Scheduled hours: 36 per week; hourly rate: $19.97 - $29.74.
