Title: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Long-term care
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri day & evening shifts available, weekend rotation
Pay: $27/hour, plus a full benefits package.

The LPN duties to include but not limited to:
-Process physician orders, administer medication, perform IV therapy intervention and document accurate and appropriate information in the medical record
-Collaborate with health professionals for patient care, update Plan of Care as pertinent to patient's health challenges
-Perform nutrition activities, enemas, ostomy care, and assist patients with activities of daily living

REQUIREMENTS:
-A clean, active MO/compact license as an LPN
-BLS/CPR required upon hire
-1-2 years of IV experience required, LTC/psychiatric nursing experience a plus.
-Must hold a valid MO driver's license
