Licensed Practical Nurse

•  Registered Nurse II needed for Medical/Surgical unit, third shift.
•  Responsibilities include full nursing process (assessment, planning, evaluation, documentation), patient/family education, safety initiatives, and team leadership.
•  Must assume charge nurse duties, participate in department activities, committees, peer review, and ongoing education.
•  Requires RN diploma/ASN/ADN (BSN preferred), valid RN license in Virginia (or eligibility), BLS certification, and 1,872 hours RN experience (936 hours if BSN).
