Seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide routine care under RN supervision. Responsibilities include:
Communicating health needs to RN and coordinating client admissions/discharges. Administering medications and monitoring client responses. Documenting health status and ensuring proper medical supplies are available. Providing education and supervision to non-licensed staff. Participating in quality improvement activities and on-call duties. Qualifications: Must have CPR certification, 6 months of nursing experience, and a valid driver's license. Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Salary: $31.00/hour.
