Job Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializes in providing care to patients in a psychiatric setting.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in psychiatric care and hold the necessary licensure and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients with psychiatric conditions, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' physical and mental health, reporting changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support patients in managing daily activities and maintaining a therapeutic routine.
Required Qualifications:- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia (GA) or a Compact State.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred Qualifications:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in working with psychiatric patients.
