We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role offers daily pay, a $3,500 quarterly sign-on bonus for F/T and P/T staff, shift differentials, holiday and overtime pay, benefits, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and incentives. Requires current LPN license, CPR certification, strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and physical ability to lift over 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
